  • Once you have read those items and have asked all the questions about the company that you have to make a good decision for yourself and your family, fill out the online application found as you scroll over the "Join our Family" tab.  Once you have filled out the application, go shopping (tab option to the left) and locate the Getting Started Kit that can be found under the "For Family Members Only" tab in the shopping area.

 

 
 
Minimum compensation is 25% on Personal Volume sales.  Below is a list of Leadership Compensation for those interested in more earning potential.
 
LEADERSHIP

v     Referral Bonus:  $25 after family member sales $250 within their first quarter.

v     Team Leader:  Maintain $350 each month in sales (25% on PV)

o       3 Family members maintain $250 each month in sales =

o       4% on sales of Tier I

o       2% on sales of Tier II

o       1% on sales of Tier III
($117.50 minimum monthly commission OR $192.50 including referral bonus)

v     Group Leader:  Maintain $500 each month in sales (25% on PV)

o       8 Family members maintain $250 each month in sales =

o       7% on sales of Tier I

o       5% on sales of Tier II

o       3% on sales of Tier III
($265 minimum monthly commission)

v     Manager:  Maintain $750 each month in sales (25% on PV)

o       20 Family members maintain $250 each month in sales =

o       9% on sales of Tier I

o       7% on sales of Tier II

o       5% on sales of Tier III
($637.50 minimum monthly commission)

v     Supervisor:  Maintain $1,000 each month in sales = 30% on PV  ($15,000 Monthly Family Sales)

o       5 Team Leaders: Maintain $350 per month in Sales

o       2 Group Leaders:  Maintain $500 per month in Sales

o       1 Manager: Maintains $750 per month in Sales

o       11% on sales of Tier I

o       9% on sales of Tier II

o       7% on sales of Tier III

v     Director:  Maintain $1,250 each month in sales = 32% on PV ($30,000 Monthly Family Sales)

o       10 Team Leaders: Maintain $350 per month in Sales

o       3 Group Leaders: Maintain $500 per month in Sales

o       2 Managers: Maintains $750 per month in Sales

o       1 Supervisor: Maintain $1,000 per month in Sales

o       13% on sales of Tier I

o       11% on sales of Tier II

o       9% on sales of Tier III

 

v     Regional Vice President:  Salaried Position:  $65,000 (Region maintains $85,000 monthly sales)

o       Annual Bonus

o       Monthly Travel Allowance
